Crystal Amini-Rad

Crystal is a graduate of Kirksville High School and Truman State University. As former Executive Director of Chariton Valley Association in Kirksville, Crystal managed the residential center, preschool, summer recreation, Group Homes, Individual Supported Living homes, Community Integration and Individual Skills Development services for people with disabilities throughout Kirksville. Crystal has served as a volunteer on the Board of Directors for RAIL, Mark Twain Counseling, the advisory board of Chariton Valley Association and on the Board of the Kirksville Chamber of Commerce. During her tenure with the Chamber Board she was part of the Government Affairs Committee and served as President of the Board for one term. Crystal is also graduate of the Kirksville Chamber of Commerce Leadership program, a founding member of the Kirksville Image Campaign committee and the Kirksville Meth Coalition. Crystal also worked with the Highway 63 Commission on the development of the bypass. Crystal began working with Adair County SB40 DD Board on April 1st, 2021 as Service Coordinator and was appointed as Executive Director starting June 1st, 2021. Crystal has three children and six grandchildren. Crystal also enjoys caring for her many rescued and abandoned pets. She enjoys kayaking, church activities and spending time with her large, extended family.
